Kin North Community Breakfast - December Book Swap Edition
A breakfast gathering for freelance creatives, solo business owners or entrepreneurs. Or anyone available for breakfast mid week!
About this Event
About this Event
Being a freelancer, solo business operator or entrepreneur can at times be lonely. It's easy to get swept up in to the business of running your business and spend days in front of the computer without connecting or collaborating with others.
Kin North's community meetups are purposefully hosted by founder, Tresna Lee, as a way to create opportunities for social connection, sharing knowledge and creative inspiration. These meetups are capped at 12 guests to allow you to slow down and connect deeply through conversation and shared space.
This Book Swap Edition is a chance to share one of your favourite reads of 2019 with someone at the Kin table. Please bring a fiction or non-fiction book that you are prepared to swap on the day.
What can you expect at a breakfast gathering?
- A warm welcome and a short group conversation about a particular topic such as: the signs of burn out, how to stay focussed, the secrets to creativity. This is a facilitated conversation with the group sharing their own opinions and tips.
- Delicious coffee and food (you'll pay for what you order on the day. Check out the menu here.)
- A varied group of humans to connect with throughout the morning.
This is an anti-hustle zone: no hard selling or throwing business cards around!
